Norbury Manor Primary School recognises the important role that recognised trade unions and their representatives play in supporting employees and maintaining positive working relationships within the school.

The previous statutory requirement for public-sector employers to publish annual information about trade union facility time was repealed with effect from 18 February 2026. As a result, the school is no longer required to publish annual trade union facility-time data on its website.

The school continues to manage trade union facility time in accordance with current employment legislation and relevant local policies and procedures.
