Roald Dahl Day Celebration

On Monday 14th September 2026, our whole school came together to celebrate Roald Dahl Day! Pupils across all year groups explored a range of exciting activities linked to his beloved books and charity.

Our main focus was supporting Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity. Established in memory of Roald Dahl in 1990 by his widow Felicity, this charity provides specialist children's nurses and vital support for seriously ill children and their families across the UK.

By taking part in this fundraising event, our pupils wonderfully demonstrated our core school value of Empathy, showing deep sensitivity to the needs of others. At Norbury Manor Primary School, we are proud to nurture caring children who actively support the wider community.
