NMP at Delancey UK School's Chess Megafinals

The UK Chess Challenge first took place in 1996 and has since grown into the largest children’s chess tournament in the world.

We are very proud to announce that Gabriel, Jason, Kacper and Yahya took part in the Chess Megafinals on Sunday 10th June 2018 and played against some of the top ranking pupils in the country!

 The day started at 9:30 am and finished at 17:30.  All four pupils played six rounds and gracefully won at least one match against a veteran chess player which is an amazing accomplishment for a novice player.
