NMP Donation to Trussell Trust Foodbank

On 18th October 2016, Miss Jackson and Mr Isaac took all the food that was collected during Harvest Festival to the Trussell Trust foodbank in Croydon.

Ola from Brazil class, Nicola O from Australia Class, Andrae M from China Class and Ayaan from Australia class did a great job of helping load the mini bus with all the harvest goods.

The Trussell Trust’s 400-strong network of foodbanks provides a minimum of 3 days emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis in the UK.

The Trust recognises that stopping hunger is about More Than Food, which is why they work with foodbanks to provide a range of services like money advice and Fuel Banks, helping people to break the cycle of poverty.

The staff at Trussell Foodbank, which is located at Unit 5 46 Pilton Estate Pitlake Croydon CR0 3RA were very grateful of the donations.
