GB Topographic Model of South America

Great Britain class  created Topographic models of South America and then painted them.  The class have been learning about rainforests including the tropical rainforest of South America.  In particular, the pupils tried to include mountains of the Andes and the Amazon river.

First, the pupils created a template to work from using a map.  They then moulded the salt dough into the different countries and included any mountains, rivers and lakes.  Lastly, they painted the dried salt dough into the different countries of South America.
